Job Description


We are looking for a results-driven and technically proficient Installation Site Supervisor to lead our Automotive Installation Division. This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the nationwide installation and maintenance of Digital Number Plate systems, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.


The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in vehicle tracking technologies (GPS, RFID, etc.), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage field operations and multi-regional teams. You’ll be the technical authority and operational leader ensuring seamless execution of installation projects and exceptional client service across all sites.


Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership



  • Develop and implement operational strategies for efficient, high-quality installations.

  • Set technical and safety standards in line with industry best practices.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in automotive tracking and installation. Team Management & Development

  • Supervise and mentor Regional Supervisors and technical installation teams. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify training needs and support upskilling programs across the division.


Installation Oversight



  • Lead and support complex or high-profile installation assignments.

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate work quality, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.


Stakeholder Coordination



  • Represent the installation division in meetings with clients, regulatory bodies (URA, MVR), and security agencies.

  • Resolve escalated technical or operational issues swiftly and effectively.

  • Collaborate across departments to align installation operations with wider project goals.


Quality Assurance & Compliance



  • Lead audits and ensure installations are accurate, secure, and reliable.

  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.


                                                                         


Documentation & Reporting



  • Oversee detailed documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

  • Generate and present regular reports to senior management on performance, challenges, and solutions.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data reporting from all regional teams.


Operational Efficiency



  • Allocate personnel, tools, and materials for smooth daily operations.

  • Solve logistical challenges and optimize field deployment strategies.

  • Manage the division’s budget to ensure cost-effective implementation.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • Achievement of installation and maintenance targets across all regions

  • High client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement

  • Improvement in system accuracy and reliability

  • Low team turnover and high staff performance

  • Timely, accurate reporting and compliance with standards


Qualifications & Skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical/managerial role (automotive or tracking industry)

  • Advanced knowledge of GPS, RFID, and vehicle tracking systems

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in project management and data reporting tools

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
