Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Supplies Sales Officer with a strong background in the medical field, whether it be in equipment or pharmaceutical sales. This position offers the right person an opportunity to align with company goals and secure a vital role in our growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management and the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to the supplies team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical field or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Knowledge of account management, business development, and technical sales principles.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
