Main responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee sales operations across Uganda.
- Manage client sales accounts including ensuring execution
- of all applicable documents for the sale.
- Explore new market opportunities in Uganda and neighboring countries.
- Set and achieve ambitious targets aligned with your KPIs.
- Ensure sales on credit are paid.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers & Country Manager, tracking
- performance to ensure targets are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous market
- research, identifying key opportunities for growth.
- Promote the success of the Company.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field from a reputable institution
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in the agriculture sector is preferred
- A proactive, confident, and independent professional who
- thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and unforeseen challenges
- Work with integrity and honesty
