We are looking for a Financial Controller to help achieve financial efficiency of our Uganda office. NB: Relocation to Kampala, Uganda is required. 



What you will need:



  •  Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration 

  • Business savviness, interest in business development & management 

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software and databases 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Detail-orientation with a commitment to accuracy 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines 

  • Proficiency in English 

  • Can-do attitude and ownership mindset 


Will be considered as an advantage:   



  • Previous experience in the fields of finance, business administration, project management and similar 



What you will do:



  • Support strategic initiatives for cost efficiency gains through data-driven analysis and financial insights 

  • Manage and develop a procurement system based on the global best practices 

  • Maintain relationships with banking and other financial partners 

  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure cost efficiency 

  • Collaborate with various departments and management to gather information and improve financial accuracy 

  • Participate in monthly management reporting and budgeting process
