Key Responsibilities:



  • Call Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls (follow-ups, cold calls) using predefined scripts.

  • Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, manage inquiries/complaints, and maintain a tidy reception area.

  • Customer Service: Resolve issues via phone/email, upsell products, and route calls to appropriate departments.

  • CRM Operations: Update customer records, log call details, and generate reports.

  • Marketing Support: Attend events to capture leads and assist the marketing team.


Skills & Requirements:



  • Communication: Fluent in English (and local languages if required).

  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and basic office tools (Excel, email).

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage calls, front desk, and data entry simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for researching solutions to customer inquiries.
