Job Duties:



  • Oversee all hotel operations and coordinate cross-departmental activities.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve hotel performance.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve customer complaints effectively.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hospitality role.

  • Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.

  • Competence in financial management, accounting, and business operations.
