Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is
seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Supervisor to join our client’s team in
the food processing and distribution industry. The Territory Supervisor will oversee
the performance and productivity of a team of Sales Executives within
designated territories.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, Supervise and support the Sales Executives to ensure achievement
    of individual and collective sales targets.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and constructive feedback to
    enhance team performance and morale.

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans that align with company
    objectives and market opportunities.

  • Assign sales targets and territories to Sales Executives based on strategic
    priorities and channel requirements.

  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
    metrics.

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, highlighting performance, target
    variances, and actionable recommendations.

  • Coordinate timely stock delivery to the sales team to maintain product
    availability across all sales points.

  • Oversee the execution of product activations, promotions, and sampling
    events in high-potential markets.

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints to ensure high levels of client
    satisfaction.

  • Assist Sales Executives in nurturing long-term relationships with key
    accounts

  • Monitor inventory levels, product returns, and pricing movements to maintain optimal stock management.

  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategy and proactively respond to competitor activities

  • Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines, operational standards, and ethical practices within the sales team

  • Conduct regular field visits to assess sales practices, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field

  • At least 2 years’ FMCG field sales experience in supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

  • Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel frequently within
    assigned territories preferred.

  • Fluency in Luganda is an advantage.

  • Field-based role requiring flexibility, mobility, and hands-on management
    of daily sales operations
