Responsibilities
- Deliver Structured training sessions for new and existing applicators
- Offer on-site supervision and guidance during product application
- Conduct regular inspections of active projects for compliance with application standards
- Monitor environmental factors, surface preparation, curing, and processes
- Create professional, high quality product samples and color mockups
Must Have
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, construction management or related field
- Excellent organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Adaptability: Ability to manage unexpected changes and challenges in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Practical experience with microcement or decorative coating systems
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on active construction sites
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Strong analytical skills
