Are you passionate about sales, self-driven, and motivated to earn based on performance?
Irrisol Engineering Limited is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Commission-Based Sales Agents to join our growing team. We design, build, and operate environmentally friendly water supply and irrigation systems that improve lives in rural communities.


As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in reaching farmers, communities, and institutions with our affordable, inclusive water and irrigation solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and engage potential customers in your community


  • Promote and sell Irrisol’s water and irrigation solutions


  • Educate clients on our Pay-As-You-Go model


  • Support in onboarding new clients and collecting customer feedback


  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress



Minimum Requirements:



  • At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Water Engineering, Business, or any related field


  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, community outreach, or customer engagement


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Ability to work independently and meet targets


  • Must be able to use a smartphone for basic reporting
