The job holder will identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the company revenue and market.


Key Responsibilities



  • Build a strong market presence focusing on customer acquisition and brand awareness.

  • Design and implement sales strategies to drive new business acquisition.

  • Conduct market research on customer and market needs.

  • Ensure services information is aligned with company value proposition and market needs.

  • Identify new opportunities to support business growth and differentiation in the market.

  • Develop and execute sales incentives to drive revenue growth.

  • Represent the company to key stakeholders such as clients and partners.

  • Any other duties assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience



  • The applicant should hold a bachelor degree in a business related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leading fintech and business strategy.

  • Customer Orientation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to meet set targets and goals.
