Position Overview:
TMHS is looking for an experienced and thorough HR and Administration Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly and improve as our company grows. You will be instrumental in the faultless running of the entire organization and will help us keep our people happy and productive. All the HR and administrative functions will be under your authority, and you will make sure your team delivers perfect service to the company and its staff. We are looking for a strategist, a hands-on leader, and an exemplary manager. You will oversee a professional team of specialists and ensure they deliver outstanding results to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Staff performance management process, which includes setting performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees. • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Running the office and facilities management functions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Organize staff training and development programs.
• Coordinate communication between different departments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5years experience in human resources management.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proven experience in organizational and administrative functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
