PURPOSE OF THE JOB


To initiate and maintain contacts with beneficiaries and customers in line with the set business objectives.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE


Responsibility  % Contribution to job’s performance


To conduct data cleanup and update to get clear and right information for customers.       5%


To promote product knowledge and proper usage of the product as per set objectives and goals of the business.          5%


To receive the incoming and outbound calls to enhance customer and beneficiary satisfaction.    60%


To track customer payments to ensure they are cleared off their dues.        5%


6.         To track the replacement of broken pots for continuous usage of the product.        15%


7.         To prepare reports to update the management on overall performance of the commercial business in a timely manner.         5%


8.         Any other roles added from time to time in relation to departmental objectives     5%


REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any other related field    


Experience      1 years’ experience in a similar role  


Proficiency in computer skills


Languages       Proficiency in spoken and written English     


Alur, Madi, Lugbara, Kakwa, Aringa   


Luganda as an added advantage
