Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll with the finance team.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Membership in the Ugandan HR body.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
