JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical evaluations for hydro power plant energy systems and substation projects


• Oversee design and implementation of fire detection/suppression systems in substations


• Review bid submissions for technical compliance with UETCL standards


• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems


• Conduct training programs for operational staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)


• 7+ years experience in power transmission systems


• Professional registration with Uganda Engineers Registration Board


• Expertise in IEC standards and Uganda's power regulations
