JOB DETAILS:

The Diocese of Ruwenzori, in partnership with Compassion International Uganda, invites applications from qualified, mature, born-again Christians to fill the above positions. These roles are part of a diocesan project dedicated to the ministry of children and youth.

1. Education: A degree in any of the following fields:
   
   
   
   • Social Work & Social Administration
   
   
   • Social Sciences, Psychology, or Nursing
   
   
   • Development Studies, Education, or Communication
   
   
   • Business Administration, Counselling & Guidance, or Child Development (or related field).
   
   
   
   


2. Faith: Must be a mature born-again Christian with a sound testimony.


3. Skills:
   
   
   
   • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
   
   
   • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
   
   
   • Proficient in computer applications.
   
   
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
   
   
   


4. Additional Advantages:
   
   
   
   • Training in project planning/management.
   
   
   • Formal certification in counselling or child development.
   
   
   
   

• Supervisory experience is required.
