Role Overview


As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling bookings, inquiries, and providing outstanding service to ensure a seamless reservation process. Your attention to detail and hospitality skills will contribute to our reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

  • Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences in the PMS.

  • Assist in upselling room categories and promoting hotel amenities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any booking-related issues.


Qualifications & Skills



  • Experience: 3+ years in hotel reservations or front office operations.

  • Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and guest-focused.
