  1. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Participate in recruitment and selection of new sales agents.

    • Onboard and train new sales agents on the sales process.

    • Assist in developing and implementing training curricula.

    • Conduct weekly data cleanup to ensure proper mapping of sales agents to clusters.



  2. Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

    • Passion for developing others’ capabilities.

    • Willingness to gain hands-on experience before training others.

    • Strong communication skills for small to medium-sized groups
