- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new sales agents.
- Onboard and train new sales agents on the sales process.
- Assist in developing and implementing training curricula.
- Conduct weekly data cleanup to ensure proper mapping of sales agents to clusters.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Passion for developing others’ capabilities.
- Willingness to gain hands-on experience before training others.
- Strong communication skills for small to medium-sized groups
