Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef for food preparation and ensure high-quality meals are served to hotel guests. The Chef will be responsible for menu cooking, kitchen hygiene


Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and present meals in accordance with hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Oversee food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Ensure proper portion control, food presentation, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce food wastage.
• Create and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and guest demand.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Culinary diploma or relevant food preparation qualifications.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:
• Hot and fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Long hours of standing, lifting, and moving equipment or food items.
• Free accommodation and meals
