Place of employment

You will be stationed at the Company Offices located at Nkwanzi Courts, Plot 1 Acacia Ave, Kampala Uganda.

Duties

You will report to the Managing Director, and your duties will be as stated below:

a) To liaise with tour operators and share our rates in an efficient and polite manner where “efficient” is defined as 24hrs or less.
b) To enter reservations from direct bookings, Online Tour Agencies (OTAs), and tour operators into the system to avoid double booking
c) To collect data on incoming guests such as DOB, anniversary details, honeymoon details, etc and relay those details to the Lodge team.
d) To solicit business from Tour Operators by visiting them physically, sharing our brochures, calling and emailing.
e) To maintain and update the Tour Operator Database with data collected from Tour Operators.
f) To update our rates across all platforms as and when they change.
g) To respond to customer queries and comments on email, Trip Advisor, Booking.com and social media pages in a timely and polite manner.
h) To share feedback collected from websites mentioned above with the Lodge Team.
i) To organize Fam Trips in collaboration with the Lodge Team and ensure the logistics and guest experience is smooth.
j) To collect feedback from the Fam Trips and share with Management and Lodge Team.
k) Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
