This role reporting to the Group CEO , drives the commercial agenda and business operating plan for the country to achieve agreed company objectives
 Spearhead development and implementation of country budget including responsibility for P& L, Balance sheet and Cash flow
 Ensure superior customer experience management in line with corporate customer experience goals.
 Foster good relationships with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.
 In liaison with the CTO, coordinate the implementation of technical operation programs and services
 With the help of HRBP /HRD Oversee recruitment and management of staff, including performance management and overall employee lifecycle management
 Mentor direct reports, in regard to the company values and vision
 Coordinate the logistic operations, including warehousing activities
 Develops and implements internal systems for all the country departments in cooperation with corporate office


Educational and Other Qualifications
 Under graduate university/college degree from a well-recognized university with a bias to consumer business related field Skills and Abilities
 Minimum eight (8)years’ experience in management in international business setting
 In-depth understanding of political context
 Fluency in the language of the country is an added advantage
 Good understanding of stakeholder management
 Solid experience of budgeting and financial planning
 Superior Business acumen and industry knowledge is an added advantage
