The Field sales Executive at Kray Microfinance is responsible for identifying and driving new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Kray’s Financial products and services. The role is essential in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth for the organizations
Job Description
• Make the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Open accounts and manage customer accounts.
• Answering client questions and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Educate consumers on product features and assist with organizing promotional events
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements and skills
• High School or Certificate equivalent in Business, Finance, commerce, marketing, sales management
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, added advantage in the microfinance sector
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Familiarity with different sales
Qualifications
• At least a certificate in a business field or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales, Marketing, credit and insurance services will be an added advantage
• Should be fluent in English and Luganda and other language
Commission based on new customers signed up
