Context & Environment



  • Identifying Business Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

  •  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  •  Product Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products or services offered by the company and effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and agreements.

  •  Market Research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.

  • Sales Reporting: Monitoring and reporting sales performance, analyzing sales data, and generating regular sales reports for management review.

  •  Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.

  • Continuous Learning: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance sales techniques and strategies.

  •  Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements while conducting sales activities.


Activities



  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Petroleum industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism

  • Proficiency in speaking Chinese language will be an added advantage.


Candidate Profile


Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in : Engineering, Business Administration , B.Com or any other related field.


Minimum years post qualifying experience: Should be open minded and willing to learn.


Type of experience: Previous Experience in Commercial/ B2B sales an added advantage
