Project Planning and Strategy Development: ● Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organisational goals and objectives. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. ● Conduct thorough needs assessments and feasibility studies to inform project design and implementation strategies. 2. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Project Management, Agriculture, Community development or other related fields. ● Proven experience (5 years or more) in managing projects ● Strong understanding of the Ugandan health systems, public health principles, and global health challenges. ● Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including project planning, implementation, and evaluation. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to work e
