Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations and administrative systems 

  • Coordinate board meetings, manage communications and official records 

  • Support budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance

  • Facilitate member engagement and stakeholder relations 

  • Contribute to project execution across strategic development sectors


Requirements:



  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field 

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in NGOs, cooperatives, or SMEs) 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 

  • High integrity, unwavering commitment, and a community-first mindset 

  • Willingness to grow with the organization and continuously learn new skills
