Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s team in the food processing and distribution industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market reach by operating within assigned territories, engaging directly with clients, and implementing effective route-to-market strategies.


 Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and sell meat products (sausages, bacon, chicken) across assigned channels such as hotels, bars, restaurants, retail marts, and roadside vendors.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, tasting events, and promotions in high-traffic areas to boost product visibility and demand.

  • Support and participate in branded market activations to drive awareness and impulse purchases.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Submit daily reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

  • Coordinate with the Territorial Supervisor to plan sales routes and align with marketing strategies.

  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing and report new product entries in the market.

  • Gather and share relevant market feedback to support business decisions.

  • Ensure proper product display and availability at all sales points

  • Check stock levels regularly and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Minimum is Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

  • Capable of working independently while aligning with team objectives.

  • Familiar with sales reporting tools and mobile communication for field updates.

  • A valid motorcycle riding license is a strong advantage, with a willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

  • Fluency in Luganda is essential.

  • Resilient and customer focused.
