We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Administration Manager to support the administration team. You'll assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to the team.


Key Responsibilities:


 Assist in managing administrative functions, including HR, facilities, and operations  Coordinate daily activities, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records


 Provide administrative support to senior management and team members


 Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency


 Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities


 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements


 Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals


 Perform special projects and tasks as assigned Requirements:


 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 2years of experience in administration or related field.


 MUST be having a valid driving permit


 Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.


 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.


 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
