Leceny Equipment Ltd is the official distributor of premium Chinese brands of trucks and heavy equipment in Uganda. We proudly supply Shacman heavy-duty trucks, Lonking wheel loaders, Sunward excavators, and Dongfeng light trucks, serving clients across the construction, transport, and infrastructure sectors.

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly driven, talented and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales in the commercial truck and heavy equipment market.


Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell a premium Chinese range of trucks and heavy machinery to potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business leads through market research, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.


Requirements:
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, heavy equipment, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
