The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, healthcare, or international client acquisition, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical tourism industry across targeted international markets.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, travel agencies, and healthcare facilitators both locally and abroad.
- Client Acquisition: Attract patients from international markets by promoting the company’s healthcare offerings and providing seamless service coordination.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Lead Management: Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from various channels, including digital marketing campaigns, medical tourism expos, and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals with international agents, partners, and clients.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on global healthcare trends, competitor activity, and market needs.
- Liaison: Act as the main liaison for medical institutions and patient referrals
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (medical, travel, operations, finance) to ensure exceptional patient experience.
- Reporting: Track and report KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline progress regularly to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, medical tourism, travel, or international sales.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and international patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Self-starter with a strong network and ability to work independently.
