JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community sensitization on NHFSs issues (specific focus not detailed).


• Perform assessments for NHFSs needs and plan interventions.


• Provide trauma-based therapies, including:
  
  
  
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  
  
  • Narrative Exposure Therapy
  
  
  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  
  
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
  
  
  • Expressive Arts Therapy
  
  
  
  


• Manage Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases.


• Work with individuals, families, and groups.


• Document and report on activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in psychosocial support.


• Community-level experience with cultural sensitivity.


• Theoretical knowledge of NHFSs issues (context unclear).


• Preferred Skills:
  
  
  
  • Fluency in Swahili.
  
  
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle (with Class A license).
