JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all areas.


• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.


• Issue visitor passes and verify credentials as required.


• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security threats, including medical incidents, fire, or unauthorized access.


• Take appropriate action in accordance with company protocols and emergency response procedures.


• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed incident reports documenting any security-related occurrences, observations, or disturbances.


• Provide a safe and secure environment for company employees, visitors, and assets.


• Escort company Directors and other designated personnel when required, including during external travel.


• Provide professional and courteous assistance to all individuals entering and exiting the premises.


• Assist with inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or location.


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations applicable to the workplace.


• Participate in company-required security training programs and skill development courses.


• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive security matters.


• Perform other duties as required by management related to the security function of the company.

Qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security preferred.


• Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role is advantageous.


• Knowledge in Microsoft office Suite.


• Holder of valid certificate of good conduct (Police clearance certificate)


• Height &Weight- above 5.8ft tall and 75kg-100kg respectively.


• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in stressful situations.


• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
