What You'll Do:
Sales Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in need of branding, design, printing, and
    digital marketing services.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and upsell additional services.


Marketing Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s
    services.

  • Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, and website updates.

  • Create compelling marketing materials like case studies, brochures, and portfolios.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Coordinate agency participation in events, expos, and networking opportunities.


Who You Are:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing—agency experience is a big plus!

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.

  • Proficient in tools like Canva, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
