Job Purpose:
To efficiently input, verify, and manage data in the company’s systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of information for reporting and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other designated software systems.

  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, inventories, employee records, or any assigned data sets.

  • Generate routine reports as required by supervisors or department heads.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval and reference.

  • Assist in compiling, sorting, and checking data before entry.

  • Respond promptly to information requests and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

  • Support internal teams by ensuring data integrity and availability for operational needs.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Minimum of a Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in data entry or clerical work is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with ERP or database systems is a plus.

  • Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


Working Conditions:



  • Office-based role with regular use of computers and data systems.

  • May require occasional overtime to meet data processing deadlines.
