Role Overview
As a Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting our innovative products and services with clients who require specialized knowledge in technical fields. This full-time position will allow you to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a dynamic team of five and reporting directly to the Marketing Supervisor. Your contributions will significantly impact our growth and customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
2. Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
3. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities.
4. Compute installation or production costs and estimate savings from new services, products, or equipment.
5. Demonstrate the operation or use of technical or scientific products.
6. Provide feedback to product design teams to tailor products to client needs.


Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing or sales role.
- Mandatory Skills: Strong speaking, active listening, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
- Required Knowledge Areas: Understanding of customer and personal service, sales and marketing, and administration and management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales and marketing software, and spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: Duties that can be learned over time, including visiting establishments to evaluate needs or promote product sales.
- Preferred Skills: Social perceptiveness, reading comprehension, and service orientation.
- Preferred Knowledge Areas: Additional understanding of customer service and sales and marketing.
