JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end bidding process for major energy projects


• Verify bidder qualifications and compliance with PPDA regulations


• Coordinate technical evaluation committees


• Prepare contract documents for successful bidders


• Maintain procurement records per PPDA guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or related field


• CIPS certification mandatory


• 5+ years experience handling high-value government tenders


• Deep knowledge of PPDA Act and regulations

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
