Requirements

• National ID, two phone contacts, LC1 introduction letter, academic certificates, and two references.


• A bank or Airtel Money account for commission payments.


• Willingness to work independently as a self-employed agent and meet monthly targets.


• A minimum of a S.4 certificate

Benefits

Commissions:

• 10% for 1–5 sales


• 15% for 6–10 sales


• 20% for 11+ sales


• Instant Bonus: UGX 11,000 per qualified sale.


• Quarterly Spot Bonuses: Awarded to top 20% performers.
