DESCRIPTION;


Backbone feeds Uganda limited is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused customer service representatives to join our company. The ideal candidates will responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues and building strong customer relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


 Customer interaction; respond to customer inquiries ,concerns and complains via phone, emails chat or in person


 Product knowledge; provide accurate and an up-to-date information about our products and services to our customers


 Issue resolution; resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff if needed


 Order management; manage customer orders including processing, tracking and resolving issues of orders


 Relationship building; build strong relationships with the customers ,identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell


 Feedback collection; collect and document customer feedback, providing insights to improve products or services


REQUIREMENTS


 Communication skill; excellent verbal and written communication skill is key


 Customer focus; strong customer-centric approach with focus on building relationships with the customers


 Problem solving skill; The ability to resolve complex issues and think critically.


 Product knowledge, familiarity with our products and services is important


 Technical skill, proficiency in customer management software, emails and other customer service tools


QUALIFICATION


Experience; previous experience in customer service or related fields Education minimum of a certificate in related field from certified institute
