Key Responsibilities:



  • Admin & Calendar Support: Schedule sessions, manage bookings and send reminders

  • Client Management: Onboard new clients, respond to inquiries and manage CRM

  • Social Media & Content: Draft and post content, create graphics in Canva, schedule posts, edit Reels

  • Email Marketing: Set up email campaigns, newsletters, and automation

  • Course & Product Support: Upload content to course platforms, manage digital products

  • Webinar/Event Support: Promote events, manage RSVPs, and assist during live sessions

  • Research & Strategy: Provide industry insights, generate content ideas, research quotes

  • File & Document Organization: Organize workbooks, contracts, feedback forms

  • Tech Support: Integrate scheduling, payment, and communication tools

  • Reports & Analytics: Track content performance, email open rates, and engagement


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/digital role

  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Mailchimp/Flodesk, social media platforms, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills

  • Self-driven, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and content trends

  • Comfortable working with coaches, creators, or service-based entrepreneurs (preferred)
