About the Role
The role of the Account Executive at Zamara is about managing and growing client relationships, driving business revenue through new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams to uphold the company’s values and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve company budgets through client retention, new business, and organic growth
- Identify extra income opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees, clients, and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure fair customer treatment
- Manage client audits, trustee reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions on time
- Distribute quarterly member newsletters
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to uphold Zamara’s reputation
- Support other operational duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration or any other relevant degree.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
