About the Role
The role of the Account Executive at Zamara is about managing and growing client relationships, driving business revenue through new and existing clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams to uphold the company’s values and goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Achieve company budgets through client retention, new business, and organic growth

  • Identify extra income opportunities and cost-saving measures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trustees, clients, and stakeholders

  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure fair customer treatment

  • Manage client audits, trustee reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions on time

  • Distribute quarterly member newsletters

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to uphold Zamara’s reputation

  • Support other operational duties as needed


Qualifications & Skills



  • Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration or any other relevant degree.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
