We are seeking a dedicated and driven Insurance Field Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should actively be able to generate new business, understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong communication skills and sales acumen are a must for this role.


Job Purpose


The main goal of the Insurance Field Sales Agent is to drive business growth by scouting for potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and proposing custom solutions. By leveraging their excellent communication capabilities and robust sales acumen, the agent will build strong relationships with clients and guide them towards the most beneficial insurance choices. Self-motivation and exceptional time management skills are also key aspects of this role, as agents must manage their flexible schedules effectively to meet sales targets.


Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Actively seek out and engage prospective clients to generate new business

  • Understand the distinct insurance needs of each client and provide tailored solutions

  • Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Demonstrate sales acumen to effectively close deals

  • Stay updated on different insurance products to provide accurate advice to clients

  • Manage a flexible schedule and ensure that sales targets are met
