You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, matching their business goals with our creative services (digital campaigns, video production, branding, social media management and more). Your success directly fuels the agency’s impact and unlocks your own rapid career progression.


Key Responsibilities



  • Prospect & Qualify: Identify potential clients through online research, networking events and cold outreach; maintain an up-to-date leads pipeline.

  • Pitch & Present: Craft persuasive proposals and deliver confident presentations that translate creative solutions into measurable value.

  • Close & Onboard: Negotiate contracts, achieve monthly revenue targets and hand over new accounts smoothly to the project team.

  • Account Nurturing: Check in with existing clients, flag upsell opportunities and ensure repeat business.

  • Reporting: Provide weekly sales metrics and insights to the Managing Director.


Minimum Requirements



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of demonstrable success in sales, business development or customer-facing roles (internships and campus projects count).

  • Digital Fluency: Basic understanding of media and marketing platforms and concepts and creative production workflows.

  • Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English; ability to pitch complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Use of Microsoft Packages: Comfort with using word, excel and PowerPoint or similar tools.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within Greater Kampala for client meetings.
