Job Summary:
We are seeking a Food Technologist to ensure product quality, innovate new snack recipes,
and maintain food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control, shelf life testing, and food safety protocols.
- Develop and test new snack recipes and improve existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with UNBS, ISO, and HACCP standards.
- Supervise production hygiene and staff training on best practices.
- Work with R&D to trial new ingredients and packaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or processing.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and food regulations.
- Innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Practical experience with HACCP, GMP, or ISO certifications is an advantage.
